A Request

So I realize it’s been a ridiculously long time since I’ve updated this here blog. I think it’s probably because I’ve been kept so busy during the break that I didn’t have much time to be bothered enough by anything to write about it. As such I will ask you all to wait just a bit longer for a truly real post. School is starting back up tomorrow so I’m sure I’ll plenty to write about again.

Anyway, till then I would like everyone to leave a comment telling me of a time when someone was incredibly annoying or rude to you. No names need to be given about who did what. Even if you want to leave a comment anonymously, feel free to. But please think about some time that you got really pissed at someone for something they did, no matter how miniscule it was. Even if that person was me. Just say what the situation was and all that jazz. You’d be helping me a lot by doing this. Thank you.

Ok, so I wasn't planning on going public with this one, but you asked for it. ;) It was an innocent Halloween evening dance/trance party and I was enjoying the melodious music of Paul Oakenfold when I saw a fellow arguing with my sister. As the only male sibling in the family I've acquired some major killer instincts that manifest themselves in these stark and dire moments. I pounced towards the fellow as if he was a juicy 12 oz steak and pushed him backwards. Of course he tried to explain himself but in a situation such as this rationality does not help fend off the angry wrath of a brother. By the way, his case and argument was that marijuana is meant to be smoked because it comes from God. Anyhow, my sister had politely asked him if he and his friends could smoke the reefer somewhere else. After much hustle and bustle my sister and friends decided to leave the poor chaps be. I took their word, moved on, and attempted to reinsert my attention towards center stage. Moments go by and suddenly I receive a tap on my shoulder. It was our furry friend who wanted to wave and blow me a kiss goodbye before he left. I kept my cool and gave him a stone cold look of non-amusement. He was on his way when those repulsive racist words rolled off his tongue, "you f***in gook". I need not tell you what happened next for my fist speaks a language of its own. :)

p.s. My other sister was happily cheering, "lets get readdddy to rumbbbble!".

Ok, so students are separated into groups of 5 or 6 in Histology lab. Each student has a personal microscope with which he or she can slide on and off different specimens. When one finds a good example of the tissue or cell being studied, he or she lets others at the table take a peek. Well, today, when I took my turn at taking a peek, the individual felt it would be appropriate to forcefully push me away from "his microscope." He didn’t even try being discrete about it. HOW RUDE!

I've never really thought about this before...but now that I am, I can't say that I can really think of a time when someone has been incredibly rude or annoying to me ....unless of course Melanie counts b/c then I can think of numerous instances...ha jk jk my dear sister.
